Condition of payment: - A 50% deposit of the total of services you wish to reserve, payment will confirm all bookings. The balance is to be paid upon check in. - No booking will be confirmed without the required proof of payment authorisation. Payment of the deposit can be made online when making the reservation. Telephonic reservations will require the completion of a email authorisation to secure the booking.
You choose how you prefer to pay: -Payment fees are not included in final price. PAYPAL: A 3,4 % + 0,35 EUR fee in the total cost will be added. We will send you a paypal email where is easier and as safe as a bank account to pay, with out leaving your house! You will have all the instructions there about paypal´s website. BANK TRANSFER: Please ask advise in you bank about exchange, taxes and procedure fees. Final Payments will take place in the end of each activity.
Booking: - When booking a service, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the booking process. Without out a written confirmation from us, the booking is not considered confirmed. - All communication regarding reservation of services, changes and cancelations should be made in writing and sent by e-mail. - To confirm reservations on all GE activities a deposit of 50% of the gross, non-discounted rate will be required. You will have 15 days for payment since the moment you receive our availability. email. GE doesn´t accept any kind of card due to the installations for now. - The deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the indicated account on email. - Once you begin your tour, by default you accept these terms and conditions.) - GE accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. Insurance: - Despite GE have the demanding client insurance for activities, we strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel. - GE take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are taking part in any optional activities that are outside our all inclusive package. - GE accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your tour.
Confidentiality and security: - We highly value your decision and your loyalty in choosing GE. Therefore, we will duly and diligently safeguard and protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal details. All credit card transaction processes are safeguarded at all times. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.
Cancellation policy: - All requests for cancelation must be received in writing. . Cancelations received 15 days prior to departure,40% of deposit fee is refunded. . Cancelations received 7 days prior to departure, 20% of deposit fee is refunded. . Cancelations received 24h prior to departure, 10% of deposit fee is refunded. - In case of non - attendance Gigante Expeditions all payments are forfeited. - In the event that any activity/activities are cancelled by Gigante Expeditions in the interest of safety or quality, please note that 40% of deposit fee will be granted or the option of receiving a voucher for as alternative date. - In the event of sea sickness or for some other reason client prefer to leave the activity, Gigante Expeditions will not refund and so the client is forced to pay the totally of the service required. - The activities organized by Gigante Expeditions are reliant on nature so we can never guarantee sightings or/and feasibility. - Gigante Expeditions reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables.
